Q. Why can’t I review or see a star rating for some of your products?
A. All of the pendants and ceramic products available at Pink Giraffe are one off designs. Due to the nature of how they are made it would be impossible to re-create any of the designs. We think this makes them extra special ✿.
Q. What are Faery Points?

Q. What are the wash care instructions for your baby clothes?
A. All our home dyed baby products can be washed at 40°c and tumbled dried on a low cotton setting. They should not need ironing, but if you wish to, you can iron on a low cotton setting. They should not be bleached or dry cleaned.
Please note any printed garments should be ironed on a low setting on the reverse of the printed area. Ironing on the printed area will ruin the garment.
Q. What are the delivery costs?
A. Delivery is calculated on the total cost of your order and where it is being shipped to. If you add a product to your shopping basket you will be able to see how much the postage costs are before you commit to buying. Please see our Shipping Info for more information.
Q. Can I return something if there is a problem?
A. We hope there would never be a problem with any of our products, but we do accept returns in certain circumstances. If a product does not live up to description given on our website or if it is unfit for purpose, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
